Eclas 9:1 For all this I considered in my heart even to declare all this, that the righteous, and the wise, and their works, are in the hand of God: no man knoweth either love or hatred by all that is before them.
2 All things come alike to all: there is one event to the righteous, and to the wicked; to the good and to the clean, and to the unclean; to him that sacrificeth , and to him that sacrificeth not: as is the good, so is the sinner ; and he that sweareth , as he that feareth an oath.
3 This is an evil among all things that are done under the sun, that there is one event unto all: yea, also the heart of the sons of men is full of evil, and madness is in their heart while they live, and after that they go to the dead . 4 For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion.
5 For the living know that they shall die : but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten .
This is what throws the JW for a loop. They read the above with a carnal mind and cannot see any difference in Sons of God and sons of men. See, as a carnal, flesh man, when one dies, he goes to the grave and is forgotten.
See, this is one way we know that Jesus is not dead...he has surely not been forgotten
But, see, the above description could not be to people who have the Holy Ghost and walk in the Spirit, and not in the flesh.
This knowledge was not known in the OT times.
It was not even available to them. this is why king David did some of the wrong things he did, and was still a man after God's own heart....see....David loved God, but did not have the kingdom of Jesus available to him.
He could not be translated out of the kingdom of Satan, into the kingdom and power of Jesus Christ, or grace.
So Satan (Adam) still rules over those who have not been baptized into the body of Christ, or kingdom of Grace.
So, to walk in the flesh, or dust, is to be under the kingship of Satan, or Adam.
He is cruel, violent and evil. He rules the nations in anger and is the WRATH OF GOD spoken of in Scripture.
God is not a God of wrath or hate.
God is a God of Love and grace and mercy.
But see
God had given this flesh world to ADAM. It is his dominion.
In the flesh, or dust, which is Adam, serpent's meat, or portion, the same thing happens to all = death.
If we walk in the flesh, or dust, Adam rules over us. That dust is his rightful kingdom.
But if we die to self, dust, flesh, and walk in the Spirit, then we come under the power or kingship of Jesus.
Jesus is not king over this earth, yet. Adam still is.
So we are as David was, while Saul still lived. He and a few men wondered out in the wilderness, hiding from Saul, as Saul sought to kill David.
But as we walk in the Spirit, Adam cannot rule over us. He brings these storms, floods, wars, murders, and all evil. It looks like God is doing it, because Adam is the god of this world.
Only the few who find grace, walk in the Spirit, have Jesus as our king and protector.
The rest are all under the evil hands of Satan, Adam, old serpent. That dust kingdom is HIS meat. He is their king and he hates them.
This is exactly why people are so deceived by the lying prophet of our times...he could do some miracles, by the power of this Satan, flesh, but he taught lies, ..so God does NOT vindicate lies. It is not of God, for it crosses the message of Grace. (Remember, the witch at Endor, raised Samuel up from the dead to prophesy to Saul.)
So it is under Adam/Satan. He has control over them, for they are carnal minded and look to the miracles, instead of going by the Word he spoke.
Adam/serpent, cannot speak truth. He is the father of lies.
More to come.
